EXPERIENCE

POL, Texas — CEO

After staying a few years in “The Truth of the Oceans”, Jessica was looking forward to something new. So she set a goal for herself: that she would create her own ocean researching company. As creator and CEO of the “POL”, or “Protect Ocean Life”, in Texas, she has been able to further research oceans and get others to help her protect ocean life. She loves this job and plans on inspiring others to start companies to protect ocean life as well.

The Truth of the Oceans — Top Researcher

Jessica’s research and graphs were so inspiring she was chosen to be a top researcher in “The Truth of the Oceans”, a company that would research the deep ocean and try to understand it better. She stayed as a top researcher for five years, making awesome discoveries and new friends. She met Riley and Zoe here, while they were looking around for some inspiration on a story that they were writing together. In the end, Jessica helped write the story, infusing it with amazing facts and sad timelines.

We Love Our Oceans — Researcher and Data Grapher

Jessica was chosen to be a researcher and data grapher in a company called, “We Love Our Oceans”. This company focused mainly on making graphs and charts, publishing them and selling them as posters to give people a visual of how we are harming our oceans.

EDUCATION

Stanford University

Jessica went to Stanford University after being taught privately by a top teacher in her area. There, she developed an interest in oceans and continually researched them, writing essays and publishing them on websites. For this reason, she was chosen to be a researcher on oceans in a company called “We Love Our Oceans”. Now, she is working on her PHD!
